Air bubble film is widely used in our life
Air bubble film is also called air bubble sheet ,air cushion film, poly-cell sheet or plastic poly-cell. It's widely used as anti-shock material for the package of electronic appliance, industrial products, craftwork and so on. It can also be used for thermal insulation or temperature keeping applications in agriculture, aquaculture, automobile decoration and so on. Moreover, if the raw material is mixed with additives in the extruder, static-free, conductive or environmental-friendly air bubble film can be made.
Double-screw extruder for Extruder part Ⅰ
With double-screw extruder, you can control the 2 layers separately, one screw controls the bubble layer, and the other controls the plane layer, so that the advantages are:
1) with the same amount of raw material, you can make the bubble layer thicker, and the plane layer thinner, so the product’s quality is much better with same cost;
2) also you can use less raw material to produce more film when make the plane layer thinner;
3) when you use recycle material, you can add more to extrude the plane layer and less on the bubble layer, so the products are still good but the cost reduces.

1. The Seller send 2 engineers to the Buyer’s factory for Installation, Trial Running & Training. The Working duration of the 2 engineers in the Buyer’s factory will be 7 days.
2. The Buyer will pay the round airfare and will be responsible for the food, hotel and local transportation of the engineers .
3. The Buyer should offer a Chinese Interpreter for the seller’s installation engineers.
4. The Buyer should provide the Seller with required documents & help related to the entrance Visa.
5. The Seller offers one year Quality Guarantee of the machines to the Buyer.
