1. Main parts: 2 extrusion parts, 2 electrical control parts, forming part and winding part.
2. Be able to produce 2 layers air bubble film.
3. Same natures with air bubble film machine, this machine can produce two layers air bubble film, can laminate the bubble film with aluminum film, brown paper and other with PE thin film into 3 to 4 layers laminated films with special use.
4. Adopting Japanese "Nano" technology and high density, anti high temperature silica rubber roller to laminate film, the film will not stick to the rubber roller, pressing film smoothly, good laminated result to the brown paper and aluminum film.
5.. Be able to manufacture various specifications of bubble between Φ6mm and Φ30mm and forming mould with different heights.

1. The Seller sends 2 engineers to the Buyer’s factory for Installation, Trial Running & Training. The Working duration of the 2 engineers in the Buyer’s factory will be 7 days.
2. The Buyer will pay the round airfare and will be responsible for the food, hotel and local transportation of the engineers.
3. The Buyer should offer a Chinese Interpreter for the seller’s installation engineers.
4. The Buyer should provide the Seller with required documents & help related to the entrance Visa.
5. The Seller offers one year Quality Guarantee of the machines to the Buyer.
