It is widely and firstly used in electrical industry.
Electrical parts washing: Semi-conductor bases, IC base, crystal base, relay base and electrical pipe base, etc.
The base of the electrical parts is made of semi-conductor material and fix in the metal or plastic frame, it need to wash before fixing it, such as IC chip, resistance, crystal, semi-conductor, etc.
PCB washing: Most of China electrical industries use PCB, there are three kinds of flux the PCB welding used: soluble, rosin and wash-free type, generally speaking, the free-wash type is not necessary to wash, however, it still needs to wash, especially for the high density PCB and IC, it will cause dust remain on the wiring and IC, in that case if the humidity is very high, it will cause circuit trouble. Therefore, PCB manufacturer all over the world wash it. In China, it is very common used in army electrical factory, which they said it is very helpful to their quality and reduce the service cost of the after-sales service.
Characteristics:
I. Feeding by cart
II. Use mechanical hand and the washing time in each process is adjustable
III. Two step solvent washing, vapor bath and cooling drying
IV. The ultrasonic can be indicated and adjusted
V. There is air-extract device on the top of the machine; avoid the solvent dispensing into worksite.
VI. There is rotary basket, which can be used for mini-sized products
VII. Automatic solvent feeding by pump
