Optical Lens Washing Machine
It is manual ultrasonic washing machine with 6 to 13 tanks. It is featured with reasonable design and overall functions. It is widely used for washing of lens, glasses lens, optical glass and semiconductor silicon ship.
Characteristics:
I. It uses throw-in type vibrate box, which is easy for maintenance.
II. It has washing tank and filtering system.
III. It adopts neutral water washing agent, ethanol, 141B solvent and equipped with gas absorb device, which ensure the quality of the environment around.
IV. There is device for setting time and temperature controlling.
V. There is special steam bath and slow rising system, and both the time and the temperature can be stepless adjusted.
VI. It has overload, overheat and fire-off alert system, to ensure the production be safe.
VII. There is cool protective system for drying tank to avoid any volatilization. Each tank had toss device to improve the washing efficiency.VIII. Ultrasonic frequency: 40KHZ, 68KHX, 120KHZ.
