Middle Section Treatment Grinding Machine
Characteristics:
The line is used as washing treatment for single-side plate, usually it is used for surface treatment of drying or wet membrane, also it can use as flux after de-lead or tin. Two upper and two lower roll make the brush even. Spray with acid before brush, which can remove the oxidation layer.
Process flow:
Feeding → Acid washing → Pump washing → Running water washing → Grinding → Pump washing → Running water washing → Blot up → Cold wind drying → Hot wind drying → Cooling → Discharge
