Ultrasonic Vibrating/Oscillating Box

Application:
The throw-in oscillating box is composed of box and the generator of the ultrasonic wave. In case that the standard ultrasonic machine can’t meet the special requirement used under special environment, you can either make a special one or use the oscillating box inside the washing tank, to improve the washing. Suitable washing agent: neutrals, alkaline, sub-acid soluble liquid or solvent.
Structure Characteristics:
I. The oscillating box and the generator are connected by the high frequency wiring.
II. It is made of 316 stainless steel and chromium plating, which is alkaline proof and it is endurable.
III. The installation is flexible, which can be on bottom, side and top.
IV. The generator of the ultrasonic wave is adopted IGBT or big power circuit and the components are imported, indicated by frequency and the power is adjustable and the performance is stable.

V. We can make all sizes base on customers required.
