Automatic Anti-oxidation Line
Application:
It is a replaced process of single plate post treatment and leveling of multi-layer plate. It is widely used for the formulation of liquid medicine, which forms a protective film for the copper surface. It is brand new and environment-friendly equipment.
Process Flow:
Put the plate—remove oil—DL water washing i/ii/iii clean water washing absorb—check—micro etching-- DL water washing iv/v/vi/vii/viii/ clean water absorb—check—pre-soak-- DL water washing ix/x/xi clean water absorb—dry plate assembly—cooling plate discharge
Characteristics:
I. PLC and man-machine interface which is easily operate
II. The frame is made by high quality PVC, stainless steel and titanium metal, which is good looking and endurable.
III. The cover and side widow is made by toughness glass, which is convenient to observe the spray and convey.
IV. Accurate convey and the roll is suitable for thickness from 0.01 to 3.2mm.
V. All the recycle water container has auxiliary one and filter, which make the filtering thoroughly.
VI. There is a sensor in the feeding part, the electrical and heating system will shut off automatically if there is not plate during the setting time, which largely save power and water.
