Structure

Small aggregate crusher is divided into two main types: small jaw crusher and small hammer crusher. The structure and working principle of small rock is taken example of small jaw crusher.

The small jaw crusher is mainly composed of frame, fixed jaw plate,movable jaw plate, left and right guard plates, movable jaw, eccentric shaft,toggle plate, adjustable base, adjustable screw stem, adjustable wedge block, fitting of tension spring and so on.

Working Principle 
The electric motor drives the rotor and the rotor moves, making the hammer rotate in high speed. The materials are crushed in the crusher by the rotated hammer. The end products come out via the strips of the screen under the machine. The size of the granularity can be adjusted by changing the gap among the screen strips. The advantages of the machine are simple in operating, high in productivity, and very low investment cost.
