Product intro duction:
There are automatic water setting, rotary bottle mouse cutting setting, conveyer belt facility and automatic scraps collecting system, there are single mould head, double mould heads, three mould heads, four mould heads and six mould heads to be selected, the daily output (24 hours) reaches proximately 20,000 to 120,000; it can produce 0.1-2.5L plastic hollow products.
Extrusion System
A. We've introduced into a set of system of extrusion design, analog data analysis, which carries out real-time supervision and monitoring in accordance with plastic material type at different process sections (Feeding, Plasticization and Blending), it adjusts the screw parameter design, temperature and speed. The purpose is to achieve the best injection result for the different models of plastic.
B.The system is made by a Taiwan-base professional manufacture, with our precise process skill, we adopted Japan special steel and advance CNC equipment, and ensure result in high precision and long durability.
C.Advantage:
1. 40% more than traditional design in injection output;
2. Guarantee products weight stability and smallest tolerance, to reach +-1g;
3. The plasticization result is even, the color is bright and steady.
We have adopted advanced Germany originated notching extrusion system. The screw is different from conventional design, featuring in boost extrusion that ensure smooth extrusion rate, superior plasticizing/mixing and perfect proportioning extrusion with 20 to 30 percents flow rate over the conventional extruder. The new extruder is applicable to PE,PP,PS,PVC,TPU,PETG,PA,ABS,EVOH,EVA,POM and other.
Hydraulic system
We introduce into America hydraulic system design of blow molding machine for the whole hydraulic system and parts, purchase for the oil pump, oil valve, oil panel, pressure flux two-proportions valve and nitrogen store system, with the special hydraulic filtrate system to make sure the whole hydraulic move swift, steady, no strike, durable, low noise, save power, and hydraulic pressure oil.

Thanks to our experience for many years in this field and the airing constituent FESTO and SMC respectively imported from Germany and Japan. We have designed and produced a series of airing circulation system including the blowing technology, clearance airing and airing dryness system.
