• autoclave body

autoclave is welded of autoclave shell and flange

40 pcs teeth around the autoclave shell are meshed with the 40pcs teeth of autoclave door flange;
Lay the rail at the bottom of the autoclave for  steam trolley's working and stopping;
Because the autoclave's working medium is saturated steam, in order to minimize the autoclave's deformation caused by uneven heating , Steam distributing pipe  is set along the direction of autoclave,The steam enter into autoclave by intake pipe and  throughout the autoclave body to make heat evenly.

The rail at the bottom of the autoclave for steam trolley is not fixed with autoclave sheel,the rail  can free axial expansion in the autoclave, without any constraints.
Because the autoclave expand after the  steam inlet with high pressure and  contract with exhaust,autoclave sheel and rail steel thermal expansion and contraction rates are not equal, if the rail steel is welded directly to the autoclave, there will be  higher pressures in the weld part of rail and autoclave,which will lead to crack, destroying the autoclave
