Application: GC series flat embroidery machine is used for produce flat embroidery and has wide application in fashion, curtain, beddings, toys, ornaments, crafts etc.
Features:
1. Screen display: color screen display with clear image, embroider patterns can be traced and displayed by dynamic digital. It’s easy to change languages between Chinese and English.
2. Pattern and storage: it can read several kinds of disc format files like TAJIMA, BARUDA,ASK, BINARY , TERTIARY. And its storage capacity is more than 99 patterns , 1,000,000 needles.
3. Pattern rotation and zoom: patterns can be rotated in all around degrees , and reversed from left to right. Within 50% to 200%, it can also realize pattern zoom . depending on embroidery , it can set rotation preferable or zoom preferable
4. Pattern edition and combination : patterns in memory can be edited and combined with other patterns in another order by different times in a different distance to form a new pattern.
5. Repeating embroidering function: in both cross and longitudinal direction, it can realize at most 9 times embroidery repetition. In total is can achieve 81 times repetition.
6. Needle compensation: automatic needle search for designated pattern can be realized and the pattern width can be extended to form a new pattern.
7. Embroidery complementation : because of thread breakage , there will be mis-embroidery of some heads. By the function of complementation, embroidery can return to the missed position .There is no limit of needle return if it is normal pattern. If it is combined pattern, the needle can return to the start position of common pattern.
8. Automatic compensation: based on different fabric and pattern, machine can set x , or y axis or x and y axis compensation within 0.1 to 1 mm to realize best embroidery effect.
9. Other functions: power cut-off protection and restart , breakage detection and auto trimming(optional).
Configuration :
1. Dahao electrical control: basically is BECS-322 three phase (no trimming) or BECS-328 with auto trimmer. Higher standard software like BECS-C18/326/366 are optional as requested
2. Main motor: servo motor or inverter (SANYO DENKI, DAHAO)
3. Frame drive: servo motor drive or stepping drive
4. Original japan imported rotary hook, original Italy MEGADYNE belt
5. New linear driving rail
6. Auto trimmer is optional
7. Needs: 4/6/9/12/15;heads:1~45 head; Embroidery area:X-direction:150-1100mm,Y-direction:400-1200mm
