2. Main function
The opened bales are delivered to the pre-opener BG045 by the PVC conveyor. The pre-opener is used to remove impurities and short fibre and card the curved and solid fibre mass. Then it takes over the opened straight fibre and guides them to the following suction point.
3. Main structure character:
Beater with Wire prevents fiber from damage.
Jam-prevention device, emergency stop and reverse button makes the machine safe and reliable.
Frequency inverter controls the speed of input rollers, which controls the input quantity easily.
The use of long conveying belt avoids the need of another conveying machine.
