2. Main function
Large-chamber mixer is used to blend different pre-opened fibre evenly. The pre-opener fibers are taken by air at certain pressure and pre-opened through the chute to cyclone head on the top of the large chamber. The head paves the fibre on the lattice evenly in large area, so the fibre will be stored in the chamber in layers. Then the spiked lattice will take the fibre horizontally and send them to fine-opener, which could help blend the fibre uniformly.
3. Main structure character
Spiked lattice and feed apron are driven by frequency inverters. So the feeding quantity can be adjusted automatically according to the previous machine’s need.
Filling level of each chamber is regulated by two photocell detection points, which ensures even mixing of raw material.
The whole machine can be disassembled and assembled easily
