Product description
The GZB series vibrating feeder is a slanting fitted vibrating feeder with single-mass elastic system. The electromotor makes the eccentric shaft and the eccentric mass and the eccentric mass of the vibrator produce enough excited force after being decelerated by the belt pulley, stimulating the machine case produce circular vibration with certain amplitude. The materials conduct continuous casting on the slant working surface with the excited force effect and move down during the casting process, realizing even feeding.
This machines has simple structure, convenient operation, reliable working and easy maintenance, which is mainly used as the feeding machine in the departments like beneficiation, construction material, electricity, chemistry and so on. This machine has two types: plate type and bar type, which are separately marked as GZBXXXX and GZBXXXXB.

Application Scope
GZB series vibrating feeder is widely used to crush metallic minerals and nonmetallic minerals, cement, construction aggregate, sand and metallurgy.
Mineral can be crushed are iron ore, nonferrous metal ore, ganite, quartzite, dinas, river stone, etc.
