Z143W--Z148W Microseism Jolt Squeeze Moulding Machine
Jolt squeeze mould making machines with pneumatic micro vibration is casting equipment for sand molding production, its main function includes sand feeding and compacting, which is to feed the molding sand and compact them in the sand box with the different compacting methods, in order to make the sand mould having a certain strength during transportation and pouring.
This type of molding machines uses spring to buffer the impact, and peneumatic micro vibrating equipment may reduce the strength to the ground.
The whole machine is made from steel.

CORE SHOOTER MACHINE
Core shooter machine has been used in foundry and metal casting industries widely, mold core made by core shooter machine has accurate dimensions and smooth surface. Working principle of core shooter machine is molding sand which is used liquid or solid heat convertible resin as glue being shot in heated core box, mold sand hardens to a certain thickness(about 5~10mm) in pre-heated core box, and it will become finished sand core of good quality with smooth surface and accurate dimension.
