1. Advantages:
Multiple same size thickening-classifying cyclones, and center distributor aid each separated cyclone to allocate the materials uniformly, and each cyclone can work at the same pressure. Then overflow and underflow are assembled to inside and outside collection tank separately and discharged by the pipeline.
The advantages of the cyclone are as blow:
High separation efficiency and separation accuracy.
Higher feed capacity and lower feed limit. Adjustable diameters of overflow & underflow pipes make the quality of products under control.
Abrasion and corrosion resistant materials such as high purity alumna ceramic, high chrome alloy, silicon carbide are used in order to lengthen the life of abrasive and corrosive parts, reduce their weight and upgrade their quality.

4. Feature:
1) Suitable for reformation of old plants, 3%-5% increase of cleaned coal recovery rate by re-separation of jig products (coarse coal or middlings).
2) Wide applications for the separation of high-sulfur, hard and extremely-hard-to-wash coal.
3) Lower limit for separation, as low as 0.044mm effective separation lower limit for 300mm Dia. HM cyclones.
4) Good wear resistance, long service life, great separation accuracy and high efficiency. The body of heavy-medium cyclone is normally made of carbon steel, and the inner wall is usually lined with high alumina ceramic or silicon carbide. Choose different body material based on specific requirements of mineral process.
