Product Description

Overview of diaphragm jig

1. This diaphragm jig is side moving type rectangular jig, with the diaphragm and drive unit mounted at a side of the jigging chamber.

2. Stable slice, good separation result, convenient maintenance.

3. It is widely used for collecting valuable ore with fine grain size in the gold separation plant, separating rough concentrate in the gold placer, and recovering the monomer coarse gold in advance by being aranged in the grinding classification loop in the gold-bearing rock mine.

4. The improved type A adopted design of water diversion valve. The drive mechanism interlocks, distributes and feeds the water. With unique and advanced structure, rational water compensation is achieved.

Notes for selection of diaphragm jig

1. Please specify the model and quantity, as well as the size of screen aperture upon placing order. If no special requirement, 2mm screen aperture will be supplied.

2. Jig with left drive will be supplied if no special request.

3. Jigging chamber is made with single hopper or double hopper for customer's choice.
