I. Introduction of spiral chute
Spiral chute is mainly composed of spiral chute interconnected by spiral blades. And the spiral
blades are made of glass fiber reinforced plastics.This spiral chute mining equipment applies to
sorting size 0.3-0.2mm thin materials of iron ore, chromium,pyrite,tungsten ore,
tin mine,tantalum and niobium,as well as other nonferrous metals,precious metals and non-metallic mineral with the proportion difference.

III. Working principle of spiral chute
Spiral Chute is working under the the force of water flow, gravity, inertial centrifuge and friction.
Slurry is pumped to the top of the spiral , and it enters a feed distributor that evenly distributes the feed to each spiral concentrator. The design and shape of the spiral make it work, when combined with gravitational acceleration.
As the slurry travels the spiraling path down the spiral, mineral grains settle and start sorting according to size, density and to a lesser extend shape. Low density particles are carried with the bulk of the water towards the outside of the spiral , while particles with the greatest density migrate towards the inside of the spiral.

Q: About payment
A:Usually 30%T/T prepaid and 70%TT to be paid upon received copy of bill of lading.

Q:Instalation
A: As per customer's requests, Zhaoxin would arrange installation technicians to supervise and assist in the assembly and commissioning of the equipment.
Q: About warranty
A: The warranty is one year exclude the wearable parts of the machine.
