Overview of Flotation Tank
1. This Flotation Tank can imbibe the air and ore pulp spontaneously, with a foreraking tank not liable to precipitation into the tank but facilitating returning of the foams.
2. Its double-blade impeller can agitate the coarse sand at the bottom adequately.
Features of Flotation Tank
1. Large air suction amount, low energy consumption, horizontal arrangement, no foam pump required.
2. Low peripheral velocity of the impeller, long service life of the impeller cover plate, upper and lower double
of the ore pulp in a fixed way, which is conducive to the suspension of coarse grain minerals.
Flotation Tank notes for selection
While placing your order, in addition to specifying the model and quantity, make sure to provide the flotation circuit and the followings:
1. Configuration scheme and feeding mode
2.Quantity of the scrapers and mode of drive (right or left)
3. Quantities of feeding chambers, intermediate chambers and crude ore chambers.
4. Other special requirements
5. The electric control cabinet is not included.
6.The flashboard will be made according to the manufacturer's drawings. And the electric drived flashboard will be adopted for large scale flotation machine.

Working principle of Flotation Tank
Flotation separation takes advantage of the different physicochemical surface properties of minerals—in particular, their wettability, which can be a natural property or one artificially changed by chemical reagents. By altering thehydrophobic (water-repelling) or hydrophilic (water-attracting) conditions of their surfaces, mineral particles suspended in water can be induced to adhere to air bubbles passing through a flotation cell or to remain in the pulp. The air bubbles pass to the upper surface of the pulp and form a froth, which, together with the attached hydrophobic minerals, can be removed. The tailings, containing the hydrophilic minerals, can be removed from the bottom of the cell.

A: As per customer's requests, Zhaoxin would arrange installation technicians to supervise and assist in the assembly and commissioning of the equipment.

A: The warranty is one year exclude the wearable parts of the machine.
