I. Introduction of jaw crusher machine
This type of jaw crusher has a long history and belongs to traditional crusher equipment. Its motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate via V-belt pulley, and movable jaw to carry out periodical complex pendular movement to generate crush capacity. There are two types: coarse crusher and fine crusher.
With the features like simple structure, low price, reliable operation, and convenient adjustment of discharging opening, it is very suitable for crushing the damp ore and the ore with a large content of clay, with relatively coarse crushing grain size. We have made the following optimized design for the models such as PE400-600, PE250-750, PE600-900, which has been recognized after practical application.
Deep chamber design, high reduction ratio, high crushing efficiency and fine crushing grain size.
Improved rotary speed of eccentric shaft and high productive capacity.
