The classifying device is composed of pneumatic classifier, cyclone collector, induced draft fan, control cabinet and so on, Equipped with second air inlet and vertical impeller rotor. Under the force generated by the induced draft fans , the material will be mixed with the first input air , and then they will be brought to the classifying zone. Owing to the high rotary speed classifying rotor,
the materials under the centrifugal force generated by the classify motor and centripetal force generated by the induced draft fan. When the centrifugal force is stronger than the centripetal force, the coarse particles will fall down alongside the roller. Then they will meet the secondary input air. The secondary input air will separate the fine powder that stick on or mixed with the coarse particles. Finally, the coarse material be discharged from classifier, the fine powder is collected by the cyclone collector and pulse collector.

With special design for classifying structure and its high classifying precision, it can block big granular strictly.
To get the required product, you can adjust the rotary speed of classifying wheel and air input volume.
Single vertical rotor with low speed , steady flow field, high efficiency and robust performance.
