New type vertical single rotor air classifier
Introduction:
Air classifier is the core equipment for powder classifying. HFZ series new type vertical single rotor air classifier is developed by our company adopting German technology, with better performance than horizontal air classifier. This product has been in mass production and been used in many powder production companies with very good effect.
The whole classifying line is composed of air classifier, cyclone collector, pulse dust collector, high pressure induced draft fan, control cabinet, etc. The air classifier is forced type classifier with secondary air inlet and vertically mounted big impeller rotor.
Features:
1. With special design for classifying structure and its high classifying precision, it can block big granular strictly.
2. To get the required product, you can adjust the rotary speed of classifying wheel and air inlet volume.
3. Single vertical rotor with low speed, steady flow field, high efficiency and robust performance.
4. With multi-series structure, it can get products with different size to meet requirements.
