1. One-stop Service for our customers. After you find us on Internet or Exhibition and want to engage in Engine Rebuilding Machine field, Any questions can be solved by our professional Sales Managers and skilled Engineers promptly.

3. When we start to manufacturing your machines according to Sales Contracts, We will Keep tracking production plan and posting to customers every weeks. Exact Delivery Time will be informed ONE week beofore delivery.
4. ALL of our machines will be tested and had trial production in our factory before leaving our factory and they are shipped out only after customers are satisfied with them. Customers can send your technicians or the Third party inspection agency to our factory to check and accept machines before delivery.
5. Fast and security shipping company will be chose by our Delivery Department for customers (if we signed contract under CIF term). Even All risks Insurance will be covered during the whole transportation.
6. Upon receiving our machines, JORI will start to supply our promptly After-sales service for you. Any questions can be solved as soon as possible by our Customer Service Representative.
7. All our products will have ONE year guarantee and we will continue to offer advice and spare parts after this period. Standard spare parts and accessories with our machine will be supplied together in wooden case when shipment.
Within ONE year after receiving our machines, Under right operation and non-artificial reasons, If there are any damaged parts or accessories, We will replace them by air-mail or Express immediately FREE OF CHARGE.
After ONE year warranty, Spare parts and damaged parts will be charged at cost price. If there is something wrong with the machine, We are responsible to solve this problem soonest, and help customers to restore production as soon as possible.
