Product Description
ZY Single Stage Vaccum System Waste Transformer Oil Recycling
Device, Separate Water, Gas from Oil
Applications:
Series ZY high vacuum insulating oil purifier is specially designed for purification of aging transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil, capacitor oil as well as for other electrical insulating liquids. The process maintains the oil's dielectric strength, removes free, soluble water, airgases and particulate matter.
Features:
2. Duplex Stereo film evaporation technology, combined with unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water, gas from oil.
3. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
5. Adopts interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
6. Working with BZ insulating oil regeneration device to decolor (remove acid, oxide, free carbon) and lower dielectric loss, making the treated oil more limpidity.
Series ZY is efficient and economical insulating oil purifier. Doplex-Stereo film evaporation technology, unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components, making working efficiency is 3-5 tims than traditional oil purifier. Machine adopts interlocked protective system, double-infrared liquid level sensor and pressure protective system to make sure the machine work unattended, operation easy, safe and reliable.
