The cold heading machine for screws we currently make include 1-die 2-blow, 2-die 4-blow, 3-die 3-blow, 4-die 4-blow,5-die 5-blow,6-die 6-blow,etc, to make screws such as wooden screws, self-tapping screws, chipboard screws and dry wall screws, etc, with various structure from simple type to complicated type -- multiple-station formed head and stepped shank are also available.

These cold heading machines are fully automatic and easy to operate with little training, fitted with Solid Die to produce blank for Bolts, Screws, Rivets and other similar components. Cut off and knock out mechanism have safely devices that will stop any major accident if any abnormal function occurs in machines.
