Egg Tray Machine is kind of Pulp Molding Machine.
Its materials are all kinds of paper, after pulping, forming, drying and packing, it can produce many kinds of paper tray product. Semi-auto egg tray machine doesn’t have drying system, because its capacity is very small, so we can drying egg tray by sunshine. But if you need drying line, we also can design it for you.

In Shuanghuan, We have 3 kinds of semi-auto egg tray machines. 300-360 pieces per hour, 600-720 pieces per hour and 900-1000 pieces per hour.

SHW-700 is in reciprocating motion (up and down), lower die (forming dies) molded products by vacuum pump working , The upper die (transfer mold) will match with lower die after vacuum dehydration, then sending the finished product to platform.
