Dry mortar (also known as dry mortar) is a kind of advanced production equipment - computer-controlled automatic dry mortar production line through the sand pretreatment (including drying, sieving), dosing, mixing, packaging or bulk storage factory production of "dry mix" type of ready-mixed mortar. Packing system in the dry mortar production line
1) packing:
Packaging machine mainly by weighing display controller, high-speed screw conveyor, electrical control cabinet, pneumatic actuators, automatic package, pneumatic vibrators and other components, the use of feeding continuously variable speed control materials, with packing fast, accurate measurement advantages. The machine can be equipped with chain mesh conveyors, press charter, weight sorters, long belt conveyors, packaging has become a main line, improve labor efficiency. 2) Bulk
After the bottom of the silo with automatic retractable bulk dedicated bulk head, bulk silo or a dedicated bulk transport tankers in place, the bulk head automatically extend into the feed inlet feeding, bulk head with level sensors and collecting devices, can automatically feeding quantity control and prevent dust.
