Descriptions of full automatic dry mixed mortar production line:
MG series high quality automatic dry mixed mortar production line is based on the latest design concept in Europe, this production adopts the advanced computer autocontrol system, whose production capacity can reach 30-100 thousand tons per year depend on the system configuration.
Working principle of full automatic dry mixed mortar production line:
According to requirements of the customers, the system can be equipped with 3-6 bulk storage bins. Cement and flyash will be filled to the silos by pump truck, then the cement, sand, flyash and additives will be conveyed to the metering and batching system for dosing, the material in which will, after being processed by the metering and batching system, be conveyed to pending-for-mixing bin, and then fed into the highefficiency biaxial agravicmixer for continuous mixing. The finished product in conformity with mixing accuracy requirements can be sent to the finished products bin shortly after mixed.
Moreover, there is design with automatic rationing and packaging machine at the bottom of finished products bin, allowing for synchronous autopackaging operation. Featured with easy and convenient operation, high efficiency, it can both obviously reduce labor intensity and effectively reduce dust pollution.

1. It features magnificent appearance, good quality, high productivity and accurate mortar proportioning.
2. The dry mix mortar production line uses a centralized control system, making the equipment easy to operate.
3. According to the layout type, it can be classified into tower type, self tower type and series type. Its up to the customers workshop area. The needed area is 500~5000m2.

Dry mortar equipment operator safety technical operation:
1, dry mortar equipment must be installed on a solid foundation, pay attention to adjust the loading platform, height unloading platform and the use of fighting, smashing protective shed erection, and acceptance by the authorities can be used.
2, dry mortar equipment operator must go through specialized training, operating certificate after passing the examination certificates issued, are not allowed to operate without a license.
3, before the job should check that the rotating parts, spare parts work equipment, protective devices, complete good and effective, cutting operation should be preceded by an empty machine, check the stirring blade rotation direction is correct, only feeding water stirred.
4, dry mortar equipment operation are not allowed to extend into the water or stick, tools, clean up mortar and spices stirring barrel.
5, the job can not be rotated if found fault, should immediately cut off the power, after repair mortar poured inside simple troubleshooting.
6, should be cut off after the job is the power switch lock box, clean up mortar inside and outside the body, good clean job site.
7, dry mortar equipment should be regularly maintained, good equipment, "Cross" job.
