Descriptions of full automatic dry mixed mortar production line:
Dry mortar production line can be divided into simple,semi-auto and full automatic dry mortar production line three types based on its working style.
Simple dry mortar production line:it is mainly composed of agravic dry mortar mixer, dry powder silos, screw and other packaging machine.
Semi-auto dry mortar production line:it is mainly by agravic dry mortar mixer (with knife), product-finished silos, packaging machines, bucket elevator, to be mixed with the warehouse, deduster, compressed air system, control system etc..
Full-auto dry mortar production line:full-automatic type mainly by efficient mixing system, material storage systems, conveying systems, lifting systems, weighing systems, to be mixed systems, packaging systems, dust removal system, level control systems, alarm systems, air systems, machine control systems structure and so on.
It can be divided into ladder type and tower type dry mortar production line based on its appearance structure.
Working principle of full automatic dry mixed mortar production line:
Dry mortar production line is driven in a spiral with motion agitator shaft with high efficiency and rapid mixing materials so that the inner and outer spiral band turning in a wide range of materials.The inner spiral motion take the material from inside to both sides and the outer spiral with the material from both sides to inner.The material are blended back and forth while the other part of the material by a coil driven, axially radial movement, thus forming convection cycle.Do this cycle, the material can obtain rapid and uniform mixing in a relatively short period of time .
By the pneumatic fast open-door,quickly put the finished products,which are mixed well in the agravic dry mortar mixer,into the finished product silos to buffer and storage. Between the storage bin in the dosing and packaging machine there is through a flexible connection to measure and pack.Productivity particularly large users, can increase belt conveyor in the rear of the packaging process, directly deliver to the finished product area or the truck.

Dry mortar equipment operator safety technical operation:
1, dry mortar equipment must be installed on a solid foundation, pay attention to adjust the loading platform, height unloading platform and the use of fighting, smashing protective shed erection, and acceptance by the authorities can be used.
2, dry mortar equipment operator must go through specialized training, operating certificate after passing the examination certificates issued, are not allowed to operate without a license.
3, before the job should check that the rotating parts, spare parts work equipment, protective devices, complete good and effective, cutting operation should be preceded by an empty machine, check the stirring blade rotation direction is correct, only feeding water stirred.
4, dry mortar equipment operation are not allowed to extend into the water or stick, tools, clean up mortar and spices stirring barrel.
5, the job can not be rotated if found fault, should immediately cut off the power, after repair mortar poured inside simple troubleshooting.
6, should be cut off after the job is the power switch lock box, clean up mortar inside and outside the body, good clean job site.
7, dry mortar equipment should be regularly maintained, good equipment, "Cross" job.
