PVDF pleated cartridge
PVDF pleated cartridge is R & D by TANVI, what consists of hydrophilic and hydrophobic membranes ,housing and seal ring,diversion layer and support layer. The manufacturing process including: pleating ,edge sealing,fixing inner core cover and end cap welding etc, Which without any adhesive and no-fiber-releasing.
It can be used in liquid and gas filtration and widely used as the final filtration unit in corrosive liquids and oxide gases filtration for removing particles and bacterium. Meanwhile it is essential operation unit of water treatment and various filter medium in chemical,pharmacy,electronic and water treatment industries. PVDF pleated cartridge owns hydrophobic and hydrophilic micro-pore membranes, which can remove large volumes of colloidal particles and microbial debris.
