Activated carbon fiber ACF Pleated Cartridge
The raw materials for CAF is nature or man-made fiber fabric,which is lower ash and the main element is Carbon. There will be 90% micropore after the activate, which expand the inner area for ACF. For the CAF has enhanced micropore construction and without any chemical reagent treatment in the manufacture process,so it has not pollution at all for liquid and air filtration. Widely used in decoloration,remove undesired smell,reduce pollution and environmental protection,meanwhile it is essential unit of chemicals,pharmacy,food & beverage,resource,water treatment,environmental protection. According to the requirements of chemicals, TANVI CAF add the superfine fiber fabric to the central support, which protect carbon particles from releasing. And the stack-up characteristics helps to improve the adsorption rate and the contact time with filler.

TANVI ACF has great adsorption ability and with tens of seconds or minutes to reach the balanced point and also the rapidly desorption and easy to reused. And heating in the 120-150℃ hot air for 10-30 minutes, it will be completed desorption and remain the original characteristics.

Gas absorption characteristics
CAF has great adsorption ability for vapour of organic compounds,repugnant substance and inorganic gases, such as NO,NO2,SO2,,H2S,NH3,CO,CO2,HF,SiF4 and so on.
Liquid absorption characteristics
CAF has five or six times adsorption ability than GAC of inorganic chemical compound,dye & benzoic acid and precious metal ion. And the adsorption ability for coliform is 94%-99%.
