·PP Melt Blown Filter Cartridge Machine (UAC-1):
1 PP melt blown filter cartridge (UAC-1) production line includes:
1 Extruder; 1 Mold; 1 Atuo feeder; 1 Air Heater;
1 Air Compressor with power; 1 Air Tank;
1 Receiving Machine&Auto Center; 1 Small Controller;
1 Cleaning Machine for cleaning the mold.
AS WELL AS
1 Grooving Machine: make grooves on surface of PP cartridge (10" length of PP cartridge)
1 Carving Machine: make dots or keyholes on surface of PP cartridge
1 Dryer Blower: make orange peel on surface of PP cartridge

· Newly Designed Feature:
We have installed 2 pressure instruments between the hear oven and molds in order to read the die pressure at any time rather than just like other manufactures by experience alone, which could easily adjust the air pressure and thus keep the melted PP fiber within a stable uniform density, smaller pore size(the smaller pore size is, the higher filter ratio it is)

For Training:
--We could train your delegates(1~3person) for 7~14 days until your colleagues have known how to operate by themselves. We are responsible for eating.
--One of our engineers will go to our factory to install and teach your operators 7~10 days. Your company shall prepare air tickets(go and back) &hotel &eating when he is working and total salary is $1000.
**We suggest customers study at our factory firstly, and then our engineer goes to your factory if you still demand.
