Product Description:
1.Large output. It has 10tons capacity in 24hours.The production is stable. when the ambit temp is lower than 20°C , the production can reach 100%~130%; when in summer it can reach 90%~95%.
2.High quality. We use the world famous mechanical parts, such as Bitzer compressor, Danfoss refrigerant components, Siemens controller components. These parts are conducive to good running and increase the capacity.
3.Greatly save energy. Only 80-85kw power is consumed to produce one ton ice. Its energy-saving rate reaches more than 30% when compared with other small ice cube machine.
4.Automatic operation. We use PLC program control. So the ice can freeze automatically, ice fall automatically and ice come out also automatically, no need hand to contact the ice which can guarantee the ice to be sanitary, clear and healthy.
5.Semi-automatic package. Ice storage tank is designed to provide semi-automatic packaging functions. The foot switch will control the outlet of ice. When the cube ice drops from the ice maker grid, it will fall into the ice storage tank. The cube ice can temporarily save 2~3 hours in this tank. If you want to take the ice out, just step on the footswitch, our automatic conveyor will separate the ice cubes and outlet the ice cubs.
6.Safe and sanitary. It adopts food-grade stainless steel 304 material for the whole machine, special design water channel and ice discharge outlet, so that the ice is to be sanitary, crystal and transparent.
7.Widely application. The cube ice is widely used in hotels, restaurants, bars, and any other places where need cube ice to meet every customer’s needs.

FAQ:
1. How to choose a true manufactuerer among hundreds of suppliers?
Step 1: A good supplier should be at least 5 years history and have export/import business at least 3 years. We are 6 year gold supplier in alibaba and specialized in ice machine export since 2004.
Step 2: Request your suppliers to provide their certification of corresponding machines such as CE, ISO9001, UL and so on, it wil help you tell that they are ture manufacturer, trading company or SOHO.
Step 3: Ask supplier to provide more pictures about their facotry and products with their company logo on it. Don't define a manufactuerer with simple picture, they can download some picturers on the internet and claim it is their machines. If the suppliers only show pictures without any logo on it, just pass them.
Step4: If possible and you are willing to, visit the factory and see the workshop.
2. What is the power consumption to produce 1 ton ice?
75-80KWH to produce 1 ton ice blocks.
3. Can your ice maker work with 220V, 50Hz, single phase power?
No, all our ice block machines adopt 3 phases industrial power, such as 380V, 50/60Hz, 3 phases or 220V, 60Hz, 3 phases supply power.
4. Would inlet water temp affect production?
Yes. Our standard input water temperature for the ice block machine is 21 degree, higher the inlet water temperarature, less the capacity.
