Basic knowledge about rotational molding inner tanks for ice machines , ice bin's inner tank with LLDPE material ,
We'd like to introduce a little about rotomolding's advantages, and they are,
1st, less investment in tooling compared with either injection molding or blow molding,
2nd, cope with multiple parting lines and complex outer shape;
3rd, very friendly in accepting molded-in inserts or hardwares;
4th, requires no draft for de-moulding most of the time;
5th, rigid corners and edges;
6th, adjustable shot weight;
7th, accept under-cut with special tooling features.
With our experience working professional rotomolders from EU and US, we understand more aobut rotational molding's technical advantages, which are suppoted by special tooling features. They are very smart and useful in making a rotational mould easily to handled by operators and apt to avoid many molding problems.
