Koller 8TPD ice cube machine CV8000 with semiautomatic ice harvest system
Koller cube ice machine:
1. FOOD STANDARD. As we use SUS304 for the frame and outer shell plate and use Nickel-plate Brass material for producing ice maker (ice grids). The whole processing of cube ice reaches the international standard for food security.
2. Low power consumption. To produce 1 tons cube ice, only consum70-75KW.H. for the Auto control with PLC, not only make the operation with much joy, but also with lower enery cousumption .
3. Labor saving: whit the PLC and ice bin, the machine can produce ice cube automatilcally, and we can packing the ice cubes easily with the semi automatic packing system.
4. Saving space. The design of our whole cube ice machine is optimized and compact.
5. Longer service life span: the SUS material can not only give the ice a good environment, but also ensure itself a longer service life.

Ice making grids(SUS304 stainless steel)
cube ice size:22mm*22mm*22mm or 29mm*29mm*22mm
We use PLC program control to operate the machine, the ice can freeze automatically in the ice maker grids, then it can fall automatically, lastly it will come out automatically.
Install as the operation instruction, supply failure alarming system, no need worker to monitor.
1). Installing by the user: we will test and install the machine before shipment, all necessary spare parts, operation manual and CD are provided to guide the installation.
2).Installing by Koller engineers:
(1) We can send our engineer to assist the installation and provide technical support and train your workers. The end-user should provide accommodation and round-trip ticket for our engineer.
(2) Before our engineers’ arrival, the installation place, electricity, water and installation tools should be prepared. Meanwhile, we will provide you a Tool List with the machine when delivery.
(3) All spare parts are provided according to our standard. During installation period, any shortage of parts due to the actual installation site, the buyer is required to afford the cost, such as water pipes.
(4) 2~ 3 workers are required to assist the installation for big project.
(5) Any delay due to customer’s reason, it will be charged from the 8th day, USD100/day for one person as installation fee. Free of charge for one week.
Guarantee Period: During 12 months after selling, maintenance and parts free of charge.
Packing system:
We offer Stainless steel Digital Scale and sealing Machine to pack the cube ice.The special ice outlet can be macthed with packing system.
