1. Description

 

The belt feeder, a novel eco-friendly, energy-saving and efficient product, is characterized by adopting a continuous conveying type feeding mode instead of the gap reciprocating type feeding mode of the traditional K reciprocating feeder.

 

The GLD belt feeder is good in universality and can use main parts of the K reciprocating coal feeder and the vibrating belt feeder.

The machine mainly consists of a bin port, a material-guiding groove, a manually operated gate, a driving roller group, a supporting roller group, a bottom frame, a material-removing device, etc.; and all parts are connected with one anther by bolts, and can be moved and assembled detachabley and wholly, so that the machine can be used on the ground or underground.

 

2.Characteristics

 

1)The machine is smooth in operation, low in noise, high in feeding speed, thick in material layer and high in deeding amount;

2)The feeding amount is continuously adjusted. The frequency converter can be added to realize the on-line stepless regulation of the feeding amout.

3) The wire core and the double-sided resistance net conveying belt can resist impact and tearing, and their common service lives are more than 3 years.

4) The inner sides of the material-guiding groove are both provided with  δ12cm(thickness) NM360 highly wear-resistant lining plates (according to customers’ requirements), so that the equipment is more durable.

5)Adopt the unique anti-disalignment device; under the effective limit of effective sealing, the common defects of the disalignment of the belt and the damage to the belt are eliminated, and its overlong running relieves you of worries.

6)Compared with the reciprocating feeder, the machine is low in power, good in electricity-saving effect, low in operating cost and good in economical efficiency.

7)By employing a mature technology, the product is characterized by good part universality, light weight, reliable performance and convenient maintenance.

8)The auxiliary device is sound and can bear the warehouse pressure of the bin and the disassemble, assemble, install and transaport, the operating functions are sound, and the adaptability is wide.

9)the machine realizes the remote control, so that the mining companies can conveniently realize the automated production.

Note: When the feeding amount is less than 1,000t/h, choose the 5.5kw motor; when the feeding amount is more than 1,000t/h, please choose the 7.5kw-above motor; the working voltage must be determined; and the motor chosen for AC380660 is different from that for AC6601140.
