XLPE Insulated Low Voltage 4 Core Cable SWA Cable
Low Voltage XLPE insulated power cable is mainly used for laying indoor,tunnel,channel and underground, shaft with large differences of level and other conditions to transmit power on the power transmission and distribution line of A.C.50Hz.
It has high electric strength, mechanical strength, high aging resisting, environmental stress resisting anti-chemical corrosion, and it is simple in construction, using conveniently and higher operating temperature which can reach to 90°C.
1.Voltage Test of XPLE Insulation cable:
Rated Voltage: 0.6/1KV
Each drum of finished cable should withstand power frequency voltage 3.5kV for 5 minutes, insulation is not brokendown.
2.Service conditions and parameters of XPLE lnsulation cable
Max. Rated temperature of conductor:Nominal operating 90degree,
Short curcuit: Max. For 5sec 250degree
Temperature of laying: in air 40degree; In soil 25degree
3.Standard of XPLE lnsulation cable:
IEC60332/IEC61034/IEC60331, ASTM, BS, CNS(GB), DIN and AS/NZS or the other standards as requested.
