Injection Unit

- High speed & high precision injection molding machine

- 1 Cycle time is 10 sec.(16g * 32cav)

- Injection unit consists of charging part, extruding part, plunger part(for injection)

- High cycle injection unit - Charging and injection are real time operating

Clamping Unit

- L/M system installed at clamping unit allows low-notice

- Tie-bar does not guide clamping unit but L/M system

- Tie-bar lifetime is semi-permanent

- Direct swing locking type(clamping closing) allows reduction the dry cycle time(2.4 sec)

Hydraulic Unit

- Accumulator installed at injection pressure circuit allows increasing injection speed(350mm/sec)

- Feedback control using servo valve results in excellent reproductibility

- Proportional valve works accurate clamp position control when mold open and close
