Working principal:
The machine’s dynamic power adopts purified and compressed air, which sprays in a high speed to the smashing room through a special ultrasonic nozzle. The air can works with a highly speed with the material carried, thus, making the material cause a strong collision, friction and crop with each other and then smash the material completely and go into the collecting system finally. The smashed material goes up to classifier room. The particle size that meet requirement can pass the forcing impeller but the size that failed to meet requirement would go back to the smashing room and continuing to smash once again. The whole production is a continued totally-enclosed operation. There are no dust pollution and the air would be purified through filtering the contaminations.
Especially designed for rock stone, marble and ore
The advantage of the machine:
- Mass yield, low energy-consumption and high efficiency of classifying.
- Particle size centralization: the machine adopts an original vertical impeller to classify. This stable classifying skill and the special enclosed measure effectively stop the coarse grain leakage, thus, there are all small particles in the end and all of these are of high centralization as well as of high precision.
- Rational structure: it can produce 1-6 particle sized productions at the same time according to customer’s requirement.
- Strong applicability: it can works with a closed circuit or opened circuit formations, such as the Air Mill, Machine Mill, Ball Mill, Raymond Mill and Vibrating mill and so on.
- High degree of automation: the impeller classifiers of all or different levels adopt electronic stepless frequency conversion. Not only electronic controlling will be achieved in the process of the automatic multi-part collecting dust, but improves machine’s stability to resist compression.
