Technical process flow:
1, with the following diameter 12 million hot-rolled steel plate machined threaded through the cold-rolled steel product size: Φ5, Φ7, Φ9, Φ11, Φ12
2, then by high-frequency electric heating equipment to make steel in the wear process of rapid water level increases from 850 down to 400 degrees, steel shiny black color rendering.
Features of steel after high frequency heat-treated :
1, the yield strength of 545-565Mpa, tensile strength 630-680Mpa, elongation A5.65. 18.5% 22.0%

New technology has the following characteristics:
