Product Description
Nara Petroleum Mechanical Manufacture Co. Ltd, estabished in 2007 and located in the industrial park of Chinese second largest oil field in Dongying City-Shengli Oil Field, is a high-tech private limited liability company which takes the lead in developing, manufacturing and selling oil machinery.
It meets API standard and has won the National Utility Model Patent Certificate, the patent number: ZL 2008 2 0226374.5.
It is a new-style blowout preventer within the drilling tools. The valve is open through which the drill fluid can circulate when drilling goes normally and it will close to prevent blowout when well kick or blowout happens downhole. It can effectively prevent drill fluid flowing back and prevent sands flowing into the drill pipe to avoid blocking up when the drilling operation is going. It is a specific tool to avoid blowout and blockup in drilling operation.
Its structure is so scientific that it completely avoids the fatal flows of being easy to be corrupted and short lifetime which are the common problems of the same kind at home, insuring that drilling tools play an important role of protection in the whole drilling procedure.
The material is usually alloy steel,such as 37CRMNMO, 42CRMO, and it can also be stainless steel, such as non-magnetic material, P550. Everything will adjust to your requirements.
