It is a downhole tool for petroleum and gas drilling, and it is also a downhole tool that circulating drill liquid pressure works on drill bit. It has the functions of damping, bit feeding automatically and deviation preventing, as well as speeding up drilling, reducing labor intensity, protection of drill bit and drill tools. It can recruit the pressure loss in slide drilling and overcome the difficult in adding pressure so that it is quite suitable for difficulty solution to adding pressure and straight well anti-deviation and drilling fast in extended reach well,horizontal well, directional well and post hole, as well as suitable for and absorbing shocking in drilling. It can also recruit the pressure and absorb shock in common straight well to realize the purpose of straight well anti-deviation and drilling fast.
