PE/pp film screw squeezing dryer machine

1. Working principle:

1.1 Our squeezing machine consists of frame, feeding box, discharging box, screw spindle, sieve plate, fixed shell for sieve plate, driving system, etc. the PE film or PP film material will be put into the feeding box, with the help of screw shaft, un-equidistant screw shaft and fixed sieve plate will squeeze the material in order to wiping and dewatering.

1.2 The squeezing machine is conical shell, equipped with un-equidistant screw shaft, which will compress material during rotating because of the difference from screw pitch length and height. The water squeezed from material will flow to launder through screen hole, and the material will be discharged from exhaust end.
