Description:
stamping type forming machine is used for processing poultry meat, aquatic meat and tuberous vegetables etc. It can process materials into various sizes by changing the forming mould. It is an ideal equipment for large meat processing plants.
It comprises hopper, forming structure, stamping demould structure, rack , conveying structure, feed structure, hudraulic system, electric cabinet, pneumatic system etc. It is completely made of high quality stainless steel.
It is designed for the forming of various meat or fish paste. The formed shape, size and thickness can be adjustable. This machine adopts frequency inverter and PLC control. It could be a 400 (600) type continuous processing line with batter applicator, tempura machine, breading machine, frying machine and freezer.
