BNHJ-II comprises gear motor, tenderizer knife components, cutter spacing adjusting device, knife grid, rack etc. It is completely made of high quality stainless steel. It always be used with brine injector.
It is designed for tenderizing-salted meat by zigzag knife cutting muscles and muscle fibers to get a much larger internal surface to seek a quick and well brine distribution; it shortens tumbling time and improves meat quality.
The machine employs two circular knife shafts, the cutting depth is adjustable. The knife shaft is easy to operate and clean.
It is the most common tenderizer in low temperature hams processing industry.
