BNHJ-I comprises tenderizer knife components, transmission system, motor and rack etc. It is table type. It is very suit for labs or small meat processing plants as its small volume.
It is designed for tenderizing-salted meat by zigzag knife cutting muscles and muscle fibers to get a much larger internal surface to seek a quick and well brine distribution; it shortens tumbling time and improves meat quality.
The machine employs two knife shafts, the cutting depth is adjustable. The knife shaft is easy to operate and clean.
