Electrostatic Purification System
The Purifier fixed on the air-ports of the AC system is specially designed for the cleaning of returning and circling air in the rooms and other space.
The air circles in the AC system through uptake/intake ports, and cleaned by the purifiers fixed in the pipelines. Most dust and bacteria are collected and killed by the purifiers after the first circulation. While some dust and bacteria remain in the returning air, in the afterward circulations, all the remained harmful substances are removed.
We do tailor-made designs according to the special requirements from customers, our additional spare parts include, Activated Carbon Filter Screens, Cold-Accelerant which is functional for removing the Sulfid, BHC, NH3, HCHO, and bad smell in the air.
Operating Principle
BK Series Compound Electron Air Cleaner purifies the air by circulation, it consists of metal filter screen, hi-pressure ionizer, dust chamber, cold-accelerant filter screen and active carbon filter screen. The big size dust motes are filtrated by the metal screen, the small ones are charged to positive when entering the ionized region with air The positive motes are absorbed to the negative charged plates the bacterium, virus, and other microbes are killed by the striking current in the electric field. Filter screens of active carbon and cold accelerant can decompose gaseous infectants.
