     Top roller is driven to move up and down by cylinders at both ends where are provided with the spherical roller bearings for support, while the synchronous up & down movement of top roller is controlled by the computer. At the inclined side of top roller is mounted with the inclined cylinder and at its rear is mounted with the balance mechanism, which can easily discharge the rolled work pieces and cylinders.

    Two bottom rollers adopting the spherical roller bearings for support are fixed on the horizontal moving frame and driven by oil cylinders at both ends; its horizontal movement is controlled by the computer. This machine is designed with the alignment mechanism which can easily align the plates rightly.

Top roller and two bottom rollers are the driving rollers. The rotation of top roller is achieved by driving the large gear installed on the top roller jointly with four 40KW YZR brake motors through the reduction by the planetary gear reducer.

     The rotation of bottom rollers is achieved through the driving of one-stage gear by the hydraulic motor driving the planetary gear reducer.

     Rotation of three rollers is designed with the brake device to ensure the accurate positioning at the time of rolling work piece. The machine is generally assured of enough strength and rigidity, and the main force bearing parts are soundly connected with keys and pins, featuring easy installation and maintenance.

The hydraulic system of this equipment is with the open one and its function is to drive the hydraulic motor to make the bottom rollers to rotate, drive the top roller to move up and down, drive the bottom rollers to move to and fro, and control the cylinder at the inclined side and plate alignment holder to move up and down. To ensure the safety of the machine as a whole, safety valves are provided in the system.

     For the up & down movement of top roller, this is controlled by the electro-hydraulic directional control valve with the oil supplied by the duplex pump and simplex pump. With the hydraulic-controlled check valve, the top roller could stop at any position.

    Horizontal moving speed of the cylinder of two bottom rollers is about 160mm/min. The circuits of the inclined cylinder and plate alignment cylinder are all provided with the single-way throttle valves, which can adjust the speed of each executor to an appropriate extent.
