3. horizontal adjustment of bottom rolls.
1) The bearing of working roller is rolling bearing, which is neotype heavy duty and low speed rolling bearing. It can work with load for 20000 hours continually without malfunction and there is small frictional loss and high efficiency.
2) Die is equipped between top and bottom roller to do bending and flanging work. Price is negotiable.
3) Tree bending rollers are forged by good quality alloy steel trough heat treatment, which has good strength and wearing resistance to meet the requirement of long-term using.
4) The whole machine with good rigidity and low gravity works stable. Industrial standard of roller rigidity is 1/800-1/1000.
5) The main valves of the hydraulic system are the products of the Taiwan Northman Co., Ltd. The flow passage is formed by casting, which brings the advantages of large flow volume, low resistant force, low pressure loss, low heat creation and reliable performance.
6) The hydraulic system has the oil sucking & returning filters to keep the oil clean; the air breather to normalize the tank breathing and water evaporating; the double security device in the system is to ensure the operation security. The radial quick joints particularly used in metallurgical & mining are applied in the hydraulic piping to avoid leaking.
7) The PLC made by Japanese company OMRON is used in the control system, the system has the following functions, Malfunction self-diagnose and Power-off memory function.
8) The system has the following advantages: high ability of interference resistance, long service life, shock resistance and stable performance, etc. Electric system has over flow and over heat protection. Hydraulic system has over load protection and safety interlock protection device among machine movements.
9) The machine is used advanced structure with rolling bearing, which lessens loss, so it is energy-saving product.
10) The guide surface of top roller lifts chooses SF2 oil-free lubrication, which is wearing resistance and low friction loss with relative lubrication system so that the moving parts have better lubrication status.
