1, Furnace body:
The furnace body consist of steel shell, lining and furnace protect process.
1,Steel shell:
The steel shell is welded by steel plate and I-beams, make the furnace light and rugged. The lining is filled with aluminum silicate fiber insulation material, fixed on the shell with steel anchors. The aluminum silicate fiber insulation materials are lighter and better insulation than refractory bricks.
2,Lining:
The lining use aluminum silicate fiber insulation material blocks as
260 mm thickness.
3,Furnace protect process:
The furnace shell have anti-embroidered processing and the power connector place have the cover.
The electrical heat elements are silicone carbide sticks, placed the top and the bottom of the lining
3,Car:
The car is the plate for loading and moveing the parts, the car dimension:
long:1.8(mm) ,width:0.9(mm).
1,Insulation materials:lightweight refractory bricks.
2,Car steel structure:
The car frame have beams and stringers, make sure the car could normal operation when full load. There are 6 sets wheel units behind the car.
3,Safety Chain:
The car have safety chain with the door when in/out .
4,Car move system:
The car is move by cycloid reducer motor as power:5.5KW. The power is supply with automatic retractable cable reel power sector. The motor is fixed on the front of the car, behind the plate.
4,Furnace door:
1,Door structure:
The furnace door have double-layer structure: welded steel outer and insulation material inter.
2,Furnace door lift:
The furnace door lift by motor fixed on the top of the furnace door shell.
3,Furnace door seal:
Furnace door use the automatically compress seal and the soft side to keep the furnace door seal.
4,Safety system:
The furnace door have two safety systems: the door move up/down fixed system to make the door move on the safety Distance, and the chain with the car when the door is open the power is shut down.
5,Instrument temperature control and recording system:
1,Temperature control:
.The temperature control system consist of: thermocouples, intelligent digital temperature controller, solid-state relay and heating elements. The 2 sets of thermocouples fixed on the side of the furnace body. The furnace is divided as 2 independent control areas.
2Control meters:
The furnace use the automatic temperature control instrumentation system, as intelligent control meter SHIMADEN(Made in Japan). This kind of meters could set 40 parts of technology curves of heating, holding and cooling. The temperature control system could alarm when over-temperature as sound and light alarm.
6,Power control system:
The power control system consist of solid-state relay and zero-over trigger system, with cool system. There is a button on the cool system, when the temperature of the cool system is high, the solid-state relay will stop work and sound alarm. There are automatic air switch and fast-acting device use as protect method.
7,Motion control system:
The furnace door up/down, the car in/out, seal system are control on the console, and each parts have chains control to make sure the Operating is safety.
8,Safety and interlock systems:
The trolley drying furnace have the Safety and Interlock Systems:
1,Over-temperature, due-temperature, sound and light alarms d;
2,Car move with the heating elements power chain system, the power on when each part is on place.
3,Car move position safety system.
